If you use the quote request form, we ask for your name, phone number, requested service and project details. Your email address is optional. Do not submit payment card details, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information.
How your request is processed
This website uses an external form processing service, FormSubmit, to forward online quote requests to the Mt Davis HVAC inbox. By submitting the form, you send its contents to FormSubmit for processing and delivery to that inbox. FormSubmit states in its documentation that it retains submitted form data for 30 days; Mt Davis HVAC may retain the forwarded messages in its email account as needed to respond to your request and manage customer communications.
