Information you choose to send
If you use the quote request form or website assistant, we ask for your name, phone number, requested service and project details. The assistant also asks about urgency, property type, service location and preferred contact method. Your email address is optional. Do not submit payment card details, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information.
Website assistant and optional AI
The website assistant collects service details, contact preferences and an optional email address. Before the completed lead is emailed, you can review your answers and consent to submitting them. If you opt in to the optional AI follow-up, your equipment description is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI earlier in the conversation. The assistant uses FormSubmit to email the completed request and chat questions and answers to Mt Davis HVAC.
If you opt in to an AI-generated follow-up question, the assistant may send your request type, equipment category, installation or maintenance selection when applicable, requested timeline, and description of the issue or project to the Cloudflare Workers AI service through a secure Cloudflare Worker. The assistant does not intentionally include the separate name, email, phone number or service-location fields in that AI request. However, if you put personal details into the free-text issue description, they may be transmitted as part of that description. Do not include sensitive information. The AI feature is optional. If it is unavailable, the assistant uses a question suited to your request type or continues without AI.
AI suggestions are automated, not a diagnosis or an emergency response. No completed lead request is sent to the company until you approve the final submission; if you opted in to AI, the equipment description may already have been sent to the AI provider to generate a question. The conversation is not saved by the website between visits, although the third-party services involved may process and retain transmitted information according to their own policies.
How your request is processed
This website uses an external form processing service, FormSubmit, to forward online quote requests and completed website-assistant submissions to the Mt Davis HVAC inbox. By submitting the form, you send its contents to FormSubmit for processing and delivery to that inbox. FormSubmit states in its documentation that it retains submitted form data for 30 days; Mt Davis HVAC may retain the forwarded messages in its email account as needed to respond to your request and manage customer communications.
Review FormSubmit's service information before submitting if you have questions about this provider. Spam-prevention checks may involve an additional verification step.
How we use contact information
The information you provide is used to respond to service inquiries, discuss quotes, arrange requested work and communicate about your project. Do not use the form for emergencies; call instead.
Website hosting and third parties
The website is hosted through Cloudflare and may rely on standard security and operational logging. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. As with most websites, those providers may process technical information such as request IP addresses when your browser loads their services.
Google Maps review statistics
The homepage can display the business's aggregate star rating and total review count from Google Maps, retrieved securely using Google Places API. Our server requests these aggregate figures when a visitor opens the homepage; this feature does not send your quote-form contents to Google. For current ratings, use the direct Google Maps reviews link.
